   How to instantly create your own high profit products<br />

I’ll tell you one of the “secrets” of online success. <br />
It’s producing your own products. Product owners are the <br />
ones with the large bank accounts.<br />
 <br />
I know, the first thing that comes to your mind is, “Yeah, <br />
but I don’t have the time or money to create my own <br />
products” <br />
 <br />
That’s OK. I’m going to show you how to quickly and easily <br />
make your own information products. It’ll take you less <br />
than an hour and you’ll have your own info product hot <br />
off the press and ready to rake in the sales for you.<br />
 <br />
As you know, my specialty is information products, so <br />
that’s what we’re going to create.<br />
 <br />
Putting together an information product can be a lot of <br />
hard work and take an excessive amount of time. My friend, <br />
Terry Telford, was just telling me about his first <br />
information product. <br />
 <br />
“The first information product that I put together was <br />
“Turn Your Autoresponder Into A Cash Cow.” It was an <br />
ebook with a couple of audio files and a set of <br />
autoresponder messages.<br />
 <br />
I thought I’d have it completed in about a month for about <br />
$50. Whoa! Was I wrong. It took me eight months and cost <br />
almost $250. In the big picture, the time and money <br />
aren’t that much, but it surprised me how long it actually <br />
took and the extra cost that was involved.”<br />
 <br />
And it’s not just Terry that discovered the product <br />
development process can be long and drawn out. I’ve had <br />
this same conversation with lots of other folks too.<br />
 <br />
So what’s the big attraction? Why bother spending time <br />
creating your own products?<br />
 <br />
Like I mentioned before, it’s where the money is. Here’s <br />
a few points for you to ponder.<br />
 <br />
1. Affiliate Program<br />
 <br />
If you create your own product, you can set up an <br />
affiliate program and let hundreds, even thousands of <br />
other entrepreneurs help you promote it. If it’s a good <br />
product, and a few affiliates really promote it, it can <br />
take off almost overnight, making you very wealthy in the <br />
process. <br />
<br />
You’re able to leverage your time, by allowing your <br />
affiliates to do the bulk of your promotions and <br />
marketing. It allows you the freedom to work on creating <br />
more products to increase your portfolio, or go golfing :)<br />
<br />
2. Back end sales<br />
<br />
Back end sales are where the really big profits are. Back <br />
end sales are the sales you make to your existing customers. <br />
You’ve already sold them a product once, so you have a <br />
relationship with them and they are more likely to buy <br />
from you over and over.<br />
<br />
The concept of back end sales is so powerful that some <br />
companies will take a loss on the first sale, just to get <br />
a new customer that they can sell more products to later.<br />
<br />
This is a very powerful concept to use as a product developer.<br />
<br />
3. Joint Ventures<br />
<br />
As a product developer, you can do joint ventures with <br />
the “Big-Guns.” <br />
<br />
If you’re just an affiliate, you have very little chance <br />
of setting up a joint venture with anybody. As a product <br />
developer, you have a very good chance of setting up <br />
serious joint ventures and raking in quite a nice sum of <br />
cash.<br />
<br />
4. Recognition<br />
<br />
You may not end up with “Star Status” after creating your <br />
first product, but you probably will start to get noticed, <br />
if it’s a quality product.<br />
<br />
I know several people who have appeared on radio shows, <br />
TV programs and have been featured in national, even <br />
international publications, after writing a quality <br />
information product.<br />
<br />
Imagine how you’d feel if The New York Times called you <br />
for an interview. Or Oprah called to ask you to appear on <br />
her show! It may never happen, but then again, it may.<br />
<br />
You’re suddenly recognized as an authority on the subject <br />
you present. It’s a wonderful feeling and really helps <br />
your sales figures.<br />
<br />
There’s lots of other perks when you have your own <br />
product too, but let’s get down to the nitty-gritty of <br />
quickly creating your own information product in less <br />
than an hour.<br />
<br />
Previously, I mentioned my friend, Terry Telford, and how<br />
long it took him to create his first information product. <br />
Since his first product, he’s been working with other <br />
entrepreneurs, helping them create their own products <br />
– with a twist.<br />
<br />
Terry has done dozens of telephone interviews with large <br />
and small business owners, online and offline. Each <br />
interview is available to use as an information product <br />
on its own or in combination with articles, reports or <br />
anything else you like.<br />
<br />
To create a top quality information product, grab an MP3 <br />
audio file, pick up an article or two, package them <br />
together and voila. You’ve got an information product <br />
ready to start making you sales.<br />
<br />
The key here is using the audio files in your products. <br />
As soon as you include an audio file, it increases your <br />
“sticker price” dramatically. Audio has a higher perceived <br />
value than the simple printed word. If you combine audio <br />
and print, then you’re even further ahead.<br />
