How to instantly create your own high profit products
By Tom Hua & Terry Telford
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

I’ll tell you one of the “secrets” of online success.
It’s producing your own products. Product owners are the
ones with the large bank accounts.

I know, the first thing that comes to your mind is, “Yeah,
but I don’t have the time or money to create my own
products”

That’s OK. I’m going to show you how to quickly and easily
make your own information products. It’ll take you less
than an hour and you’ll have your own info product hot
off the press and ready to rake in the sales for you.

As you know, my specialty is information products, so
that’s what we’re going to create.

Putting together an information product can be a lot of
hard work and take an excessive amount of time. My friend,
Terry Telford, was just telling me about his first
information product.

“The first information product that I put together was
“Turn Your Autoresponder Into A Cash Cow.” It was an
ebook with a couple of audio files and a set of
autoresponder messages.

I thought I’d have it completed in about a month for about
$50. Whoa! Was I wrong. It took me eight months and cost
almost $250. In the big picture, the time and money
aren’t that much, but it surprised me how long it actually
took and the extra cost that was involved.”

And it’s not just Terry that discovered the product
development process can be long and drawn out. I’ve had
this same conversation with lots of other folks too.

So what’s the big attraction? Why bother spending time
creating your own products?

Like I mentioned before, it’s where the money is. Here’s
a few points for you to ponder.

1. Affiliate Program

If you create your own product, you can set up an
affiliate program and let hundreds, even thousands of
other entrepreneurs help you promote it. If it’s a good
product, and a few affiliates really promote it, it can
take off almost overnight, making you very wealthy in the
process.

You’re able to leverage your time, by allowing your
affiliates to do the bulk of your promotions and
marketing. It allows you the freedom to work on creating
more products to increase your portfolio, or go golfing :)

2. Back end sales

Back end sales are where the really big profits are. Back
end sales are the sales you make to your existing customers.
You’ve already sold them a product once, so you have a
relationship with them and they are more likely to buy
from you over and over.

The concept of back end sales is so powerful that some
companies will take a loss on the first sale, just to get
a new customer that they can sell more products to later.

This is a very powerful concept to use as a product developer.

3. Joint Ventures

As a product developer, you can do joint ventures with
the “Big-Guns.”

If you’re just an affiliate, you have very little chance
of setting up a joint venture with anybody. As a product
developer, you have a very good chance of setting up
serious joint ventures and raking in quite a nice sum of
cash.

4. Recognition

You may not end up with “Star Status” after creating your
first product, but you probably will start to get noticed,
if it’s a quality product.

I know several people who have appeared on radio shows,
TV programs and have been featured in national, even
international publications, after writing a quality
information product.

Imagine how you’d feel if The New York Times called you
for an interview. Or Oprah called to ask you to appear on
her show! It may never happen, but then again, it may.

You’re suddenly recognized as an authority on the subject
you present. It’s a wonderful feeling and really helps
your sales figures.

There’s lots of other perks when you have your own
product too, but let’s get down to the nitty-gritty of
quickly creating your own information product in less
than an hour.

Previously, I mentioned my friend, Terry Telford, and how
long it took him to create his first information product.
Since his first product, he’s been working with other
entrepreneurs, helping them create their own products
– with a twist.

Terry has done dozens of telephone interviews with large
and small business owners, online and offline. Each
interview is available to use as an information product
on its own or in combination with articles, reports or
anything else you like.

To create a top quality information product, grab an MP3
audio file, pick up an article or two, package them
together and voila. You’ve got an information product
ready to start making you sales.

The key here is using the audio files in your products.
As soon as you include an audio file, it increases your
“sticker price” dramatically. Audio has a higher perceived
value than the simple printed word. If you combine audio
and print, then you’re even further ahead.

If you’re thinking of creating your own product, or you
want to start making some real money online as a product
developer, pop on over to The Business Professional. You
can get there from here:

I wish you all the success you deserve.

Sincerely,

Tom Hua

PS When you join The Business Professional, send Terry
an email and let him know I told you about his site.
He’s got a special gift for you.
