Not too long ago, the biggest threat online was viruses. <br />

Today the landscape has changed - the biggest threat <br />
online is no longer viruses, BUT Spyware! <br />

In case you've not heard of Spyware, it's a type of <br />
software that hides in your PC and snoops on your <br />
online activities.<br />

These programs invades your privacy and allow advertising <br />
companies and hackers to track every website that you visit, <br />
the items you buy online, the emails you send and receive <br />
... well, practically track everything you do online!<br />

Some of them (the insidious type) will record all your <br />
keystrokes, and capture your credit card number, user <br />
IDs and passwords.<br />

(According to e-Data InfoSec, Gartner says Spyware-Related <br />
Thefts resulted in $2.4 Billion in direct fraud fosses, or <br />
an average of $1,200 per victim based on a survey of 5,000 <br />
online U.S. adults!) <br />
