many different ways you can earn money. One way people are <br />
earning anywhere from a few hundred dollars to several <br />
thousand dollars a month is with affiliate marketing. <br />

You may be familiar with affiliate marketing, because it is <br />
where you get paid to sell someone else's products. Let's <br />
take a look at how to really earn money as an affiliate using <br />
the Internet today. <br />

There are many different ways you are going to get paid as <br />
an affiliate marketer. This often depends on the merchant <br />
themselves. They all do it differently according to their <br />
merchant agreement. <br />
<br />
Some merchants like to pay by check on a monthly basis. <br />
Others will pay two times a month by check, which is how <br />
Clickbank.com does it. <br />
<br />
Because of convenience many merchants today use PayPal to <br />
process payments and pay affiliate commissions with. This <br />
is nice because you can receive your payments quick and you <br />
do not have to wait for your check to arrive in the mail. <br />
<br />
Direct deposit is popular today and is one way that Google <br />
themselves gets money quickly into the hands of their <br />
affiliates. <br />
<br />
This is a little bit about how you get paid as an affiliate. <br />
To earn the money as an affiliate you receive a commission <br />
every time you make a sale. <br />
<br />
This is a key point to understand because if nothing is ever <br />
sold you will never make any money no matter how hard you work. <br />
You are not an employee of the company and you are not paid <br />
an hourly rate to work for them. <br />
<br />
You are a independent business person who operate your own <br />
affiliate business. The products you sell are provided by <br />
the merchant, and your website and all shipping and money <br />
collected is handled by them as well. <br />
<br />
Your single, and most important job, is to drive traffic <br />
to your website. Then you must convert some of that traffic <br />
into a sale. Again, for every sale you make, you earn a <br />
commission. <br />
<br />
And for every commission that you earn you are paid according <br />
to the affiliate program that the merchant offers you. <br />
Therefore it is important that you make as many sales as <br />
possible. This might also include creating more and more <br />
affiliate websites and selling different products on them. <br />
<br />
